Bisbe tongue

A mix of the best meats with a large amount of pieces of whole tongue, wrapped in natural casing and all boiled in the pot over a low heat, make an exceptionally tasty bull sausage.

TASTING NOTES

Grey with tones of brown, the flavour of the whole tongue can be tasted.

PRIOR TO USE

Place at room temperature 10 minutes before use.

STORAGE

In the fridge between 0 to 5 degrees.

BEST BEFORE DATE

Once received, use within 15 days.

PRODUCTION

Boiled in a pot over a low heat.
