Black botifarra

Just like local farmers have done all their life, we mix lean meat, snout, pig’s blood and sweet onion from the village. Once made into a sausage we boil it over a low heat. No bread is added to make it suitable for coeliac sufferers.

TASTING NOTES

Very mellow and gelatinous... slightly salted with a touch of pepper.

PRIOR TO USE

Place at room temperature 10 minutes before use.

STORAGE

In the fridge between 0 to 5 degrees.

BEST BEFORE DATE

Once received, use within 15 days.

PRODUCTION

Boiled in a pot over a low heat.
