Culana OrganyĆ  sausage

Its roots date back to 1851, when our ancestor Josep Maria Obach, was dedicated to producing this flavoursome sausage. Respecting the original formula, we make it exclusively with ham meat, large natural intestine, the best peppercorn and a curing process of at least six months.

TASTING NOTES

The slow curing process enhances the flavour of the meat and the aroma of pepper.

PRIOR TO USE

Place at room temperature 30 minutes before use.

STORAGE

In a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.

BEST BEFORE DATE

Once received, use within 30 days.

PRODUCTION

Curing process of approximately six months, in a cold and dry atmosphere.
