Typical cold meat from the Valleys of Andorra, made with whole pancetta and seasoned with salt and black pepper, all cooked over a low heat.

TASTING NOTES

Mix of colours, whites and pinks with just the right amount of pepper.

PRIOR TO USE

Place at room temperature 10 minutes before use.

STORAGE

In the fridge between 0 to 5 degrees.

BEST BEFORE DATE

Once received, use within 15 days.

PRODUCTION

Boiled in a pot over a low heat.
