Fuet with herbs

With the same ingredients and processes as our fuet, once the optimum curing point has been reached, we cover it with herbs, resulting in an explosion of flavours and sensations.

TASTING NOTES

Contrasting flavours between the fuet and taste and aroma of the mixed herbs.

PRIOR TO USE

Place at room temperature 30 minutes before use.

STORAGE

In a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.

BEST BEFORE DATE

Once received, use within 30 days.

PRODUCTION

Optimum curing process, in a cold and dry atmosphere.

INGREDIENTS

Lean meat and pork pancetta, salt, lactose, milk protein, pepper, dextrose, antioxidant (e-316), flavourings, preservatives (e-250, e-252), natural colouring (e-120), and herbs.
