Mountain sausage

Following the same formula as our great-great-grandparents at the beginning of the last century, we select the leanest meat from the largest pigs to obtain this darker colouring and a unique, special flavour.

TASTING NOTES

Although very lean, the texture is tender and flavoursome on the palate.

PRIOR TO USE

Place at room temperature 30 minutes before use.

STORAGE

In a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.

BEST BEFORE DATE

Once received, use within 30 days.

PRODUCTION

Manually pressed with a minimum curing process of two and a half months in a cold and dry atmosphere from the Valley of OrganyĆ .
