From our online store, Botiga Obach, you can buy our authentic mountain sausages and cold meats. You can find the different varieties of sausages and cold meats in our product gallery.
To make a purchase from our Botiga Obach you must select the products that you are interested in and add them to your cart by clicking on “Add”. Once the items you are looking for have been selected, you can continue the purchase process by clicking on “View my cart”, where you will see a summary of your purchase. Once you have verified the products in the cart, you can begin the order and payment process by clicking on “Place order”.
Yes, to be able to make any purchase via our Botiga Obach you must register as a user. After having selected the products, check them in your cart and continue to place the order. You can register your information in the section “Not yet a client?”. In addition, you can register directly in the “Your account” section on our webpage.
All transactions carried out on www.botigaobach.com are 100% secure. All transactions which involve the transfer of personal information or bank details are carried out using a secure environment. All the information that you provide is encrypted through the network, thanks to the service based on the standard SSL (Secure Socked Layer) technological security system. Likewise, your credit card details are not registered on any database, but rather go directly to the SPT (Sales Point Terminal) of the bank operator.
By clicking on the button “Forgotten your password?”, that you can find in the section “I’m already a client” in the section on our website called “My cart”. You will receive an email reminding you of your password.
To place an order you must follow the steps below:
a) Choose the products:
- Under each product in our image gallery there is an “Add” button. You simply have to click on the button and the reference will be added to the shopping cart.
- The cart will collect all the articles that you wish to purchase. The products and units can be modified from the cart itself.
- To begin the buying process simply click on the button “Place order” that you will find at the bottom of the cart.
Either by entering your login details in the section “I’m already a client” or by registering in the section “Not yet a client?”.
c) Fill out the order form and finalise the purchase:
Once registered, you only have to fill out the forms with the delivery address, choose the delivery time and accept the purchase conditions.
d) Pay via the available methods:
The payment of any purchase may be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or similar), through bank transfer to our current account, through the PayPal system (which also accepts payment by credit card, including American Express) and, provided that it has been expressly activated, by cash upon delivery, assuming in this latter case there has been an overcharge for the service.
The products will be delivered within a period of 48 and 72 hours, commencing from the day following the date on which the order is made, depending on the area. Weekends and holidays are not included in this period.
In the event there is a problem with any of our products, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the details of the order, your identification, the reason for the return and a photo of how the product arrived, in the event that it is defective. We will respond to your email in the shortest period possible, to resolve the problem. The items are sent by courier and the cost is as follows:
Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): €5.95, free for orders exceeding €80
The Balearic Islands: €16.95, free for orders exceeding € 120
Portugal: €16.95, free for orders exceeding € 120
Andorra: €16.95, plus €25 customs fees. Free for orders exceeding €120, except the customs fees.
Botiga Obach is not able, for the moment, to make deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the EU and the rest of the world.
Once the buying process is complete you will receive an email stating the order number as well as the order details.
If your order has not been completed for any reason, we will send you an email informing you that the order has not been made correctly. If you cannot find the message in your Inbox, please also check your Spam. In the event you do not receive the notification, or if you have any questions, you can contact us by email at email@example.com.
If the courier does not find the client at home, a message will be left on the contact number given to arrange another date and time for the delivery.
We only take orders for delivery addresses in the peninsula, Andorra or the Balearic Islands. Currently Botiga Obach is not able to make deliveries to Ceuta and Melilla, the EU and the rest of the world.

A detailed receipt will be sent together with the products. In the event that you require an invoice there is an option to request one at the time at which the delivery address details of the order are entered.
I would like an invoice with my Tax Identification Number, is it possible?
Yes, in the invoice section you can state your Corporate/Personal Tax Identification Number, together with the other invoice details (Personal Name/Company Name and address).
